You see, last Friday, my Uncle had undergone surhery to remove what the Doctor’s call “a Mass” from his lung.  It is so much strange and unknow to me!  We just Pray that there are Doctor’s in this world that can help us all whenever we have a problem like this.  I worry all day about how my Uncle will be.  Is he in pain?  Is he bleeding allot? SDoes he need to take Needles now?  My Mom did receive a call that his surhery went OK.  He is still in allot of pain because of the whole surgery they had to do on his lungs.  But I am so happy he is alive and will be OK now :)  If anyone out there can relate to this can you please post something about your experiences are someone you may know who had this kind of experience?

I know I have not started to do any of my exercizes as I stated earlier I was going to begin, but I have not had the ability to concentrate on it.  I am trying to have the whole slimmer image of me in my mind first before I can start :)
