I am learning that this Pink Floyd song/video is all about War.  That is, War is the machine.  I thought about this for a long while and asked myself “How is War like the machine?”  First, what makes me different than the machine is, I have emotion and compassion.  The machine as War does not.  How can it?  War is all about guns, bombing, killing innocent peoples, and even what our government calls “water boarding”.  There can be no good feelings for people if there is so much killing and Death.  Actually, War is the perfect machine because it doesn’t care.  It does what it has to do perfectly and has no feelings for anything around it.  That is not what I am about. 

So my frusration lies in the fact that I want to write about the machine, but I don’t want to write about War.  Yet War is a great machine.  See my problem?  What I am arguing with myself on is do I continue this Blog and discuss this Pink Floyd song/video, or do I move on and think of other things more, well, positive than War.  And if I do drop my discussion on this song/video, am I still being true to my Blog?
